When we started Good News Brewing Company we didn’t focus on distributing beer to grocery stores and bars, we focused on creating a gathering place for people to share Good News. We love hosting events and have been honored to host many weddings, reunions, and even celebrations of life. Our motto from day one was, “We are not a restaurant, and we are not a bar. We are a brewery that serves wood-fired pizza.” If you have been to one of our breweries, you have seen how we keep everything simple, from the beers, to the menu, to the wooden tables. We believe a wedding should also be simple and affordable. We have been hosting weddings for several years, and we would love to host yours if you are looking for a fun, simple, and affordable venue.

Are you looking for an upfront and easy to book wedding venue? Are you tired of clicking “Contact Us” to see if your date is available and to find out the "investment" and confusing packages?
Skip the “Contact Us!” Checkout our calendar and see if your date is available. If it is booked, we are sorry and hope you can think of us for your rehearsal dinner. If it is available, Good News! Reserve your date now with a $100 deposit. This reservation simply blocks the date from other people taking your day. You have a 14 day money back guarantee to cancel your reservation if you don’t think we are a good fit or you find another venue. After you book, we will be in contact and send you a formal contract and invoice.

FIND A CATERER
Are you looking for a fun and unique dinner option for your wedding? Do you want more than just the venue’s option of chicken and roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans? Are you shocked when venues charge $125 and up for a meal? Are you wanting to save money and find your own caterer for your wedding? Good News! We are here to help. We are happy to cater your wedding if you want wood-fired pizza and salad, but that’s all you will get from us (remember that we are a brewery thing…). If you want something different, please feel free to find a caterer that fits your budget and uniqueness. If you want something else that goes really good with beer…may we suggest BBQ or Tacos? But then again, what doesn’t go with beer?

FIND A PLANNER
The brewers are too busy making (well mostly drinking) beer to plan your wedding day. Besides, you probably don’t want us telling you when and what to do. We both want your wedding to go smoothly and we don’t want you stressing out on your big day, so we do require all couples to have a designated planner. Good News! You have some budget friendly options. Check with our event coordinator to see if she is available on your date. She is an independent contractor so check with her for pricing. If she is not available or not the right fit, checkout a list of people we have connected with. You can also have a friend or family member be the designated planner, but make sure they are bossy!

Think of booking our venue as booking an AirBnB. There is seasonal pricing on different dates and there are a few rules and regulations to keep us all safe. Here is the pricing process:

Forget the complex bar packages with different tiers of liquor. Remember we are a brewery and we hope you are here for the beer and not the cocktails. But we understand all of your guests might not like beer (we won’t hold it against them).

CATERER
B.Y.O....C
Bring your own caterer or let us take care of it for you. Feel free to cater the wedding yourself with Walmart fried chicken and save a good chunk of money, contact one of our preferred caters, or find one on your own. We do charge a $100 cleaning fee if you use an outside catering company. Sorry to nickel and dime you like we said we weren’t going to do, but we know how these caterers leave the place and we have to clean up after them. Please note, the caterer must provide their own plates and serving utensils. We will provide kitchen space and a hot-box for them to store food.

There are various budget-friendly options available to ensure your wedding reception runs like clockwork. The most recommended approach is to consult with our event coordinator, who operates as an independent contractor. Please inquire about her availability and pricing for your chosen date.
Should our event coordinator not be available or not align with your preferences, we have a list of trusted professionals we can recommend. Alternatively, you can consider designating a friend or family member as your wedding planner. However, it's crucial that the chosen individual possesses the organizational skills and assertiveness necessary to handle this role effectively.

INSURANCE
“It’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt”

Trust us when we say this, we don’t want anyone to pay for more insurance than they have to. Ask us about our liquor liability premiums for all of our locations. Nonetheless, we have to keep each other safe and know that we are renting our venue to people who are protected.
Good News! Event insurance doesn’t cost that much. We have some options for you or feel free to contact your provider and find your own. We will send you more information when you Reserve Your Date.
