Good News Brewing Company's motto:
We are not a restaurant and we are not a bar, we are a brewery that serves wood-fired pizza. Likewise, we are not a Gluten-Free restaurant and we are not a Gluten-Free facility. We are a brewery that makes a very good sourdough pizza made with gluten-free flour.
Our Sourdough Wood-Fired Gluten Free-ndly pizza is made with 100% gluten-free flour. We have cultured a 100% gluten-free sourdough starter. We will do our best to make sure the pizza is served in a clean and safe environment and use a separate pizza cutter, but all of the other equipment in our facility is used with gluten and the pizza is cooked in the same oven as other pizzas.
We are not experts in this field and we recommend you look for advice from the National Celiac Association if you have questions of concerns.

INGREDIENTS
Gluten-Free Flour (Rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, xantham gum.), Water, Sourdough Starter made with Gluten-Free Flour, Vegetable Oil, Salt.
PLANT-BASED CHEESE
You can order the Gluten-Free crust to any of the Good News Pizzas and if you want Dairy-Free Cheese we have your pizza "covered" for this as well.
INGREDIENTS:
Filtered water, coconut oil, potato starch, tapioca starch, sunflower oil, sea salt, calcium citrate, natural flavor (vegan sources), chickpea protein, konjac and xanthan gums, potato protein, annatto and turmeric extracts (color), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking.
